About this little yogi:

I feel yoga in my heart. I was introduced to the practice at the age of fifteen, and as I grew into myself, yoga remained a constant inspiration for inner change and awareness cultivation. After graduating college with a BA in a field with which I had become dispassionate, I knew in my deepest being that my life path must be one of healing. After becoming certified and registered with Yoga Alliance, I immediately began giving donation-based classes on San Diego’s beautiful beaches for any and everyone. This passion for yoga led me to teach indoors as well, becoming an active studio teacher. I infuse my classes with my spirit, in the hopes that each student will feel invigorated and inspired to carry the lessons from their yoga mat into the outside world. I often bring my other passions (usually musical) into my classes to share them with my fellow yogis. I feel so grateful to be able to share yoga with other yogis and yoginis following their path, and am excited to see how my own healing path unfolds.

Hey – just stumbled upon your post because I’ve been reading some wwoof France stuff and wanted to do some research about one of the areas I’ve been considering. Turns out we could end up in the same place! When are you planning on being at Chateau Anand?
